At 91精品视频 we are dedicated to the wellbeing of our students. We know that wellbeing and health has a big influence on a student’s ability to learn and progress. That’s why we encourage a learning culture that emphasises the importance of wellbeing and provides students with a toolkit for their future.
Students have weekly meetings with their tutors to address any academic or wellbeing challenges. Senior Tutors, our Safeguarding Team and our Health and Wellbeing Officer, are further points of contact for them. During Safety Week, Wellbeing Week and other regular events, students can talk to various professionals to learn more about different topics, such as Safe Driving, Mental Health or Substance Abuse. We believe that giving students the knowledge and information is the first step in their journey to looking after themselves.
The College also offers regular drop-in health and Wellbeing sessions for students:
‘POP IN’ Student Mental Health Support & Signposting Service - The ‘POP IN’ service runs every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 10.15 - 12.00 in the First Aid room (306)
Sexual Health Clinic – The free & confidential weekly Sexual Health Clinic for all students runs every Thursday at breaktime at Student Services
To support our students through the month of January, which can be a challenge for some, we have created a Wellbeing Calendar with little activities each day. On Monday 16th January we will also hold “Brew Monday”, which encourages students to check in with each other, listen and talk to each other.
